Do you set the party up for us?
No — we deliver a fully packed box and collect it afterwards. Setting up and packing away is part of the fun, and it's quick with everything organised in the box.
What happens to the dirty dishes?
Every box includes an after-party return spot — just put the dirty plates, cups and cutlery back in before we collect. No washing up required.
How far in advance should I book?
Each theme has one set, so popular dates — especially weekends — go a few weeks out. The earlier you book, the more likely your date is free.
Can I change my party date?
Get in touch as soon as you can. We'll always try to move your booking if the new date is free, though it isn't guaranteed.
When do you deliver and collect?
Deliveries run on weekdays only: your box arrives 2 days before the party (Tuesday parties are delivered Monday afternoon), and we collect the day after — Monday morning if your party was on a Friday or Saturday. That's also why we don't host Monday parties.
What's the delivery fee?
A flat R250 delivery & collection fee applies within the Helderberg area, added at checkout on every booking.
Do you charge a deposit?
No deposit. Minor wear and tear is expected at kids' parties and that's fine — significant damage or missing items may be charged for separately after collection.
